Introduction

This statement is intended to provide a comprehensive explanation of the core matters involving legal liability, intellectual property rights, content compliance, and data security between the customer ("you") and us ("we") in the course of custom printing and packaging services. By submitting an order, you represent that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by all terms of this statement. This statement constitutes an inseparable legal component of the service agreement between both parties.

1. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

1. Customer's IP Warranty & Indemnification: You warrant and represent that all content of the materials you commission us to produce, including but not limited to text, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, artwork, fonts (and their licensing), barcodes, and all other design elements, have been lawfully and fully authorized for intellectual property use, or are fully owned by you, and do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, portrait rights, etc.) or other lawful rights and interests. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, judicial appraisal fees, and litigation costs) arising from infringement of the content you provide.
2. Our Role & Limitation of Liability: In this legal relationship, we act solely as an entrusted production and processing party, providing services based on your commission and your finally confirmed design materials. We have no legal obligation or professional capability to conduct substantive review of the intellectual property status of the materials. Therefore, we assume no review responsibility or joint liability for the legality of the materials.
3. IP Dispute Resolution: If any third party raises an intellectual property infringement claim against us regarding your materials, we have the right to immediately suspend production of the order and request that you provide relevant proof of rights. All losses incurred during this period (such as production delays, material waste, etc.) shall be borne by you. If infringement is ultimately confirmed, we have the right to terminate the order and reserve the right to pursue your liability for breach of contract.

2. Content Compliance & Printing Restrictions

1. General Prohibited Content: We strictly comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant international laws, and firmly refuse to print any content containing the following (including but not limited to) illegal, non-compliant, or socially unacceptable material:
   • Content Endangering National Security & Social Stability: Violating the basic principles of the national constitution; endangering national unification, sovereignty, and territorial integrity; disclosing state secrets, endangering national security, or damaging national honor and interests; inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity.
   • Content Infringing Others' Legitimate Rights: Containing defamation, insults, discrimination, or threats against others; infringing upon others' portrait rights, privacy rights, or reputation rights; containing counterfeit or unauthorized use of others' trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property.
   • Content Promoting Illegal & Harmful Activities: Containing obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or content instigating crime; promoting cults and feudal superstition; containing false, fraudulent, or misleading advertising that damages consumer rights.
   • Other Illegal Content: Any other content that violates current laws, administrative regulations, and national provisions.
2. Replication Restrictions for Special Items: Strictly prohibited from replicating any national currency, securities, government documents, certificates, seals, or specially regulated vouchers.
3. Packaging Compliance Requirements for Special Industries: If your packaging is intended for the following special industries, you are responsible for ensuring that the design materials comply with all applicable laws, regulations, national standards (GB), and industry standards.
   • Food, Health Supplements & Pharmaceutical Packaging: Must include legally required product information such as ingredient lists, nutritional labels, production dates, shelf life, production license numbers (SC/Drug Approval Number), warning statements, etc., and the labeling must comply with the Food Safety Law, Drug Administration Law, and related regulations.
   • Tobacco & Alcohol Packaging: Must include legally required health warnings (e.g., "Smoking is harmful to health") and comply with advertising law restrictions on tobacco and alcohol promotion.
   • Toy & Children's Product Packaging: Must include age suitability range, safety warning labels (e.g., choking hazard), and implementation standard numbers (GB 6675), etc.
   • Cosmetics Packaging: Must include full ingredient listing, implementation standard numbers, registration/notification numbers, etc.
   
   All legal risks, administrative penalties, and economic losses resulting from your failure to provide designs that comply with the above industry regulations shall be borne solely by you.

3. Data Security & Confidentiality Obligations

1. Design File Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your design file content. Except for the purpose of fulfilling production orders, we will not disclose or misuse your files to any unrelated third party.
2. Personal Information Protection: We will properly safeguard the personal information (such as contact persons, addresses, phone numbers) you provide during transactions in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and related laws, and will use it solely for order processing, logistics delivery, and customer service purposes.
3. File Retention Policy: To facilitate your future orders, we will retain electronic production files for a period of time after order completion. After the retention period expires, files will be securely destroyed.

4. Other Legal Provisions

1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: The formation, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this statement shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. Any disputes arising from or related to this statement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction at our location for litigation.
2. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be deemed in breach of this statement if they are unable to perform their obligations due to force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, government actions, network outages, strikes, or other events that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable.
3. Severability: If any provision of this statement is partially or wholly invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
4. Right to Amend: We reserve the right to amend this statement from time to time based on changes in laws and regulations and business needs. Amended terms will be published through the official platform and shall take effect from the date of publication.
5. Final Interpretation: Within the scope permitted by law, the right of final interpretation of this statement belongs to us.

Custom Packaging Order Guidelines

Dear Valued Customer,

Welcome, and thank you for choosing our professional custom packaging services. An outstanding package begins with meticulous and precise preparation. To bring your design vision to life perfectly, our team of pre-press standardization specialists and process engineers have jointly prepared these guidelines for you.

Please ensure that you and your designer carefully read and follow the specifications below before placing your order. This will not only ensure your order enters production efficiently and accurately but is also fundamental to guaranteeing the quality of the final product.

1. Customization Process Overview

We follow a standardized process management approach to provide you with a clear and controllable customization experience:

1. Online Configuration & Instant Quotation: Based on your requirements (box structure, exact dimensions, materials, printing processes, quantity, etc.), you can configure your order online through our platform's automated quotation system to receive an accurate and transparent instant quote. For complex processes or special requirements, you can contact our online customer service or project manager for technical consultation at any time.
2. Order Payment & File Upload: After confirming the quotation, please make payment according to the total order amount (or pay a deposit as agreed in the contract). Once payment is complete, you can upload your design files.
3. File Standardization & Production Confirmation: After receiving your files, our in-house pre-press processing engineers will perform professional standardization and preflight checks, and promptly provide you with feedback on the review results or suggested modifications. If files require modifications, we will assist you until they meet production standards. Once the files are finally confirmed to be correct, the order will officially enter the production process.
4. Multi-level Quality Control & Packaging: During and after production, we conduct strict quality inspections (including dimensions, color values, process accuracy, etc.) and use secure and reliable shipping packaging.
5. Shipping & Logistics Tracking: We will ship the goods through our logistics partners and provide you with tracking numbers for shipment monitoring.
6. Receipt Inspection & Feedback: After receiving the goods, please promptly verify the quantity and quality. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately within the agreed timeframe.

2. Core Technical Specifications for Design Files

A qualified, production-ready pre-press file is the foundation of a perfect finished product. Please have your designer strictly follow these industry standards:

• File Format & Version:
  • We accept design files in AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, PSD (Adobe Photoshop), CDR (CorelDRAW) formats.
  • We strongly recommend using vector software (AI, CDR, PDF) to ensure absolute clarity of all graphics and text at any scale.
  • Version Compatibility Warning: Different software versions may cause changes in file content, which is especially common with CorelDRAW files. Please carefully review files during final confirmation. We cannot assume responsibility for content changes caused by version differences.
  • If files contain bitmaps (photos, renderings, etc.), please ensure their resolution is no less than 300 DPI and that they are embedded in the file.
• Color Mode & Settings:
  • Color Mode: Files must be set to CMYK (4-color printing) mode. Any RGB, spot color (Pantone), or other non-CMYK elements, unless otherwise specified, will be automatically converted to CMYK. This conversion may produce unexpected color deviations, for which we cannot provide after-sales support.
  • Black Usage:
    • For regular black text or thin lines, use single-color black (C:0, M:0, Y:0, K:100) to avoid misregistration.
    • For large black areas, we recommend using "Rich Black" with suggested values of C:40, M:30, Y:30, K:100. Never use a four-color black with a total value of 400%, as this will cause ink drying difficulties and set-off on the back.
  • Total Ink Coverage (Total Area Coverage): The total CMYK ink value in any area of the file should not exceed 280% to prevent printing adhesion issues.
• Bleed, Safe Zone & Dimensions:
  • Bleed:
    • For cardstock packaging such as white cardboard and silver cardboard, the bleed is 3mm.
    • For corrugated cardboard and kraft paper packaging, the bleed is 5mm.
    • All design elements along the cutting edge (backgrounds, color blocks, images) must extend outward to the specified bleed dimensions.
  • Safe Zone: Important text, logos, QR codes, and other core content must be placed at least 5mm inside the cutting line. There is a reasonable physical tolerance in finished product cutting; if core content is too close to the edge, the risk of being cut off must be borne by the customer.
• Fonts, Lines & Overprint:
  • Fonts: Before submitting files, all text must be converted to outlines (curves). Unconverted text may result in missing characters, jumping, or substitution due to font library mismatches, for which we cannot provide after-sales support.
  • Minimum Line Width Restrictions:
    • Printed lines: Solid lines must be ≥ 0.1mm (0.28pt), reversed-out lines must be ≥ 0.15mm.
    • Embossing/debossing lines: Must be ≥ 0.3mm.
    • Foil stamping lines: Solid lines must be ≥ 0.3mm, knockout lines must be ≥ 0.5mm.
    • Screen printing/UV lines: Both solid and knockout lines must be ≥ 0.4mm.
    • Lines below these standards may not render clearly or may be lost entirely; responsibility lies with the customer.
  • Overprint: By default, please ensure all colors 取消叠印 (cancel overprint) except single-color black text. We cannot be held responsible for printing errors caused by incorrect overprint settings or non-standard settings such as "overprint fill" or "unclosed curve fill" that are not visible under normal inspection.
• Die Lines & Process Layers:
  • Please store die lines (cutting lines, crease lines) separately from design content, define them using a spot color, name them "Die Line" or "刀线", and set them to overprint.
  • For special processes involving foil stamping, UV, embossing/debossing, etc., please create a separate layer for the process area, fill it with another spot color, name it clearly (e.g., "Foil", "UV"), and also set it to overprint. When two or more processes overlap at the same location, there may be production risks; please consult customer service for confirmation.
• Special Process Specifications:
  • Window Patching: The edges of the window opening must be at least 12mm from the crease line (folding line).
  • Barcodes/Variable Data Printing: On white cardboard, barcodes should be filled with single-color black (100K). On specialty papers (such as kraft paper, silver cardboard), a white ink base layer must be printed beneath the barcode area; otherwise, the barcode may not be scannable.

3. Printing Technology & Post-press Processes

To meet your diverse needs, our platform offers both industry-leading traditional offset printing and modern digital printing technologies. Understanding their core differences will help you choose the optimal solution for your products.

• Traditional Offset Printing
  • Ideal For: Large-volume production (typically recommended for quantities over 1,000 units), cost-sensitive per-unit pricing, and orders requiring spot color (Pantone) printing.
  • Key Advantages:
    • Cost Efficiency: The higher the volume, the lower the per-unit cost, with significant economic benefits.
    • Color Stability: Maintains high color consistency for large-volume orders.
    • Wide Material Compatibility: Compatible with most paper types and specialty materials.
  • Considerations:
    • Involves plate-making costs, resulting in higher minimum order quantities; not suitable for small-batch orders.
    • Relatively longer production cycles, including plate-making and machine setup time.
• Digital Printing
  • Ideal For: Small-batch orders, personalized customization, proofing, rush orders, and projects with extremely high color requirements.
  • Key Advantages:
    • No Plate Required: Print from one piece, no plate-making fees, significantly reducing costs for small-batch orders.
    • Fast Response: Short production cycles enabling rapid delivery.
    • Accurate Color: High color reproduction, excellent intra-batch color consistency. For customers with extremely strict color requirements, we strongly recommend using this method to achieve minimal color variation and rich color experience.
    • Personalization: Easily enables variable data printing (such as different serial numbers, QR codes, or patterns).
  • Considerations:
    • For large-volume production, per-unit costs are typically higher than traditional offset printing.
• Common Finishing Processes: Regardless of the printing method you choose, we offer a wide range of finishing processes to enhance the texture and functionality of your packaging.
  • Surface Treatment:
    • Lamination: Apply glossy, matte, or soft-touch film to protect the printed surface, provide water resistance, and enhance texture.
    • Varnishing: Apply gloss or matte varnish, with similar effects to lamination but a lighter texture.
  • Special Processes:
    • Foil Stamping: Gold, silver, red gold, etc., adding luxurious metallic luster to packaging.
    • Embossing/Debossing: Creating three-dimensional relief or recessed effects on specific patterns or text.
    • Spot UV: Applying UV coating to specific areas to create visual contrast between glossy and matte surfaces, highlighting key elements.
  • Forming Processes:
    • Die-cutting: Precisely cutting printed materials according to die lines.
    • Creasing: Pre-creasing at fold positions for easy forming.
    • Window Patching: Cutting windows in the box face and applying transparent film to showcase the internal product.

4. Objective Statement on Printing Color Variation

We employ advanced color management systems and implement production strictly in accordance with ISO12647 international standards; however, printing color variation is an objective reality in the industry.

• Color Reference Standard: Printed colors cannot be used with any display screen color or print proof as a reference. Each device has different color rendering principles and color spaces.
• Variables Affecting Color:
  • Substrate Impact: The same design will appear differently on different papers (such as glossy coated art paper, matte art paper, natural kraft paper).
  • Finishing Process Impact: Glossy lamination makes colors more vivid, while matte lamination makes colors deeper and more subdued.
  • Batch Physical Differences: Ink, paper, and environmental temperature/humidity variations between different production batches may cause slight color variation. The same file printed at different times will also show color differences.
• Color Variation Tolerance:
  • For regular white cardboard materials, CMYK value variations within 10% are within normal range.
  • For silver cardboard, kraft paper, film, and other non-cardstock specialty materials, the main color tone variation within the same batch is controlled within ΔEab ≤ 5.0.
• Colors Prone to Variation (Unstable Colors):
  • Gray, coffee, dark brown, dark red, dark green, blue-purple, dark purple, faux gold, and similar colors created by mixing three or four colors are typical unstable colors in printing. These colors may show significant variation between different batches, or even within the same batch. If you have strict requirements for these colors, please contact customer service; otherwise, we cannot provide after-sales support for color variations.

5. Proofing & Logistics

• Sample Production (Proofing): We offer two professional proofing methods to meet your different verification needs.
  • Standard Digital Proofing (Recommended): We default to using high-end industrial-grade digital printers for sample production. This method provides stable and professional color that closely replicates the design, suitable for pre-production confirmation of most orders, combining speed and quality advantages.
  • Traditional Press Proofing (Optional): If your order quantity is very large or you have special requirements and want to fully simulate mass production conditions, you can also choose traditional offset press proofing. This method is more expensive and has a longer turnaround; please communicate with your project manager before placing your order.
• Logistics & Shipping: Finished products are classified as heavy goods and are shipped by default via ground transportation. Logistics transit times are affected by multiple factors, and the estimated arrival times we provide are based on experience only.

6. After-sales Policy & Disclaimers

• Customer File Confirmation Responsibility:
  • Before final file confirmation, please carefully check all content, including but not limited to: logo size and clarity, text font/size/content, QR code size and clarity, image resolution, colors, and layout. If issues arise from files provided by the customer, the customer bears full responsibility.
  • If files require simple modifications by our designer, please also bear the final proofreading responsibility when we send them back for your confirmation.
• Our Right to Adjust Files:
  • To ensure smooth production, we reserve the right to make necessary pre-press adjustments for file issues such as missing bleed, text too close to cutting lines, four-color black text smaller than 12pt. We may not be able to notify you of each adjustment individually; please be aware.
• Return & Exchange Policy: Customized products cannot be resold. If quality issues are not caused by our production process (such as printing errors, wrong materials, dimensions exceeding tolerance), we do not accept returns or exchanges in any form.
• Quality Issue Resolution: If you discover quality issues caused by us, please raise your concern within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide clear evidence. We will initiate an internal investigation and process your case accordingly. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
• Quantity Tolerance: Due to machine setup and material waste, there may be a reasonable tolerance of ±2% in the delivered quantity. For orders of fewer than 200 units, if there is a quantity shortfall, only the difference will be deducted at the unit price; no reprint will be made.
• Receiving Instructions: When receiving goods, please first inspect the outer packaging for any damage. If you find the carton is damaged, damp, or otherwise compromised, please take photos as evidence and you have the right to refuse delivery. If physical damage unrelated to quality issues is discovered after signing for delivery, the customer bears full responsibility.

7. Legal Liability & Compliance Statement

By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with our relevant legal and compliance policies. All customized services must comply with national laws and regulations.

2.1 Business Function 1: Ensuring Account Registration & Service Operation

• Purpose: Creating a platform account and maintaining the normal and secure operation of services.

  • Registration Information: When you register, we will collect your mobile phone number or email address as your login account. This is necessary information for providing services.
  • Device & Log Information: To ensure network and operational security, we automatically collect device information such as your device model, operating system version, IP address, software list, unique device identifier, as well as your service log information (such as operation time, browsing history, click records, etc.).
• Legal Basis: Necessary for the performance of the service contract; our legitimate interests in ensuring network and information security.

2.2 Business Function 2: Product Customization & Order Fulfillment

• Purpose: Receiving your customization requirements, completing product manufacturing, and delivering finished products to you.
• Information Collected:
  • Order Information: Recipient name, contact phone number, and detailed delivery address required when placing an order.
  • Design Files: All design materials, graphic assets, and related files ("User Content") you upload for packaging customization.
  • Payment Verification: After you complete payment, the payment channel provides us with payment transaction numbers and payment status information.
• Legal Basis: Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party.

2.3 Business Function 3: Customer Service & Dispute Resolution

• Purpose: Responding to your inquiries, complaints, and suggestions, and handling potential transaction disputes.
• Information Collected: Your name, contact information, communication/call records and content, and other necessary information related to your needs when you contact our customer service.
• Legal Basis: Necessary for the performance of the service contract; protection of the legitimate rights and interests of users and us.

2.4 Business Function 4: Marketing Promotion & User Experience Improvement

• Purpose: Recommending products or services you may be interested in, conducting user research, and optimizing our product design.
• Information Collected: Your contact information (mobile phone/email), order history, browsing and click preferences.
• Legal Basis: Based on your "separate consent." We will seek your consent through pop-ups or similar means when you register or first use relevant functions. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time through channels we provide (such as replying "TD" to SMS, email unsubscribe links, or account settings).

2.5 Business Function 5: Third-Party Login (e.g., Google Single Sign-On)

• Purpose: Providing a fast and secure way for you to register and log in to our platform without creating a new password.
• Information Collected: If you choose to log in using a third-party account (such as Google), we will collect your public profile information authorized by you, strictly limited to your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture.
• Google API Services User Data Policy: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. 4.1 Commissioned Processing:

To achieve certain purposes described in this Policy, we will commission third-party partners to process your information. The commissioned parties may only access and process your information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. We will sign strict data processing agreements with commissioned parties and supervise their information processing activities. Currently, our commissioned parties mainly include:

• Production & Supply Chain Service Providers: To complete your order production, we will provide your order specifications and design files to certified manufacturers.
• Logistics Service Providers: To ship products to you, we will provide your recipient information to logistics companies.
• Payment Service Providers: We will provide your order payment-related information to payment institutions to facilitate their payment functions.
• Technical Service Providers: We may commission suppliers providing cloud computing, data analysis, and technical support to process information.

4.2 Sharing:

We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual unless we obtain your separate consent, or the shared information has been de-identified and the third party cannot re-identify the natural person.

4.3 Transfer:

In the event of mergers, splits, dissolution, bankruptcy, or other reasons requiring the transfer of personal information, we will inform you of the name and contact information of the receiving party and ensure that your information continues to be protected under this Policy.

4.4 Public Disclosure:

We will only publicly disclose your personal information with your separate consent or when required by law.

Thank you for choosing our customized packaging services. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience.

Please understand that given the highly personalized nature of our customized products, each order is produced according to your specific requirements (size, materials, design files, etc.) and cannot be resold. Therefore, in principle, we do not accept any return or exchange requests for non-quality-related reasons (e.g., subjective dissatisfaction, results not meeting expectations, change of mind after placing the order, etc.).

This policy applies only to major product quality issues confirmed by our review as being caused by the production process. Our goal is to provide you with a fair and reasonable solution once the issue is confirmed.

2.0 Definition of Quality Issues Eligible for Return/Exchange

When the product you receive has the following verified major defects attributable to our production, you have the right to apply for after-sales service:

2.1. Serious Content Errors: The printed content on the product (including text, patterns, colors) has significant, visually identifiable differences from the design file you finally confirmed and paid for in the order.

2.2. Specification/Material/Process Errors: The product's core specifications (such as box type), materials (such as paper weight, type), or processes (such as lamination type, foil color) are seriously inconsistent with the options you clearly selected in the order.

2.3. Serious Dimensional Deviation: The finished product dimensions (length, width, height) deviate from the order dimensions beyond the ±2mm reasonable tolerance range specified in our User Service Agreement.

2.4. Product Functional Defects: Due to issues with die-cutting, creasing, or bonding processes, the product cannot be properly formed, assembled, or cannot fulfill its basic packaging function.

2.5. Serious Contamination or Damage: The product has large-area stains, ink spots, scratches, damage, or deformation not caused by logistics transportation, seriously affecting normal use and appearance.

3.0 Definition of Non-Quality Issues

To avoid misunderstandings, the following situations are not considered product quality issues, and we cannot provide return or exchange services based on these. The responsibility for these issues lies with the user or represents unavoidable industry circumstances:

3.1. User File Errors: Product defects resulting from issues in the design files you uploaded. These include but are not limited to:

• Text Errors: Typos, punctuation errors, missing or substituted fonts.
• Image Issues: Blurred printing caused by low image resolution, incorrect image format or color mode.
• Design Defects: Missing design elements (such as patterns, QR codes), content layout errors, improper bleed settings, etc.

We strongly recommend that you carefully proofread your final design file before uploading.

3.2. Reasonable Color Variation:

• The colors you see on your computer or mobile phone screen (RGB color mode) have inherent differences from actual printed colors (CMYK color mode).
• Different print batches or observation under different lighting conditions may result in reasonable color deviation within a 5%-10% range. This is normal in the printing industry.

3.3. Reasonable Dimensional & Process Tolerance:

• Finished product cutting dimensions have normal errors within ±2mm.
• Printing registration, foil stamping, UV, and other processes have position deviations within ±1.5mm.

3.4. Subjective Factors:

• Based on personal subjective judgment, such as "the color doesn't look good," "I don't like the paper texture," "the design effect isn't as I imagined," etc.

3.5. Logistics Issues:

• Damage to packaging boxes and products caused by third-party logistics companies during transportation and delivery. In such cases, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics company.

3.6. Natural Material Properties:

• Some specialty papers or eco-friendly recycled papers may have slight natural fibers or color spots on their surface, which is a characteristic of the material itself and is not a quality issue.

4.0 Return/Exchange Application Process

To ensure your issue is processed quickly and accurately, please strictly follow the application process below:

4.1. Application Deadline: Please submit your application within 7 calendar days after your order logistics status shows "Signed for/Received." Applications submitted after this period will be deemed as product acceptance, and we will no longer accept them.

3.0 User Accounts

3.1. Registration Eligibility: You must be a legal entity, unincorporated organization, or natural person with full civil conduct capacity to be eligible to register and use the platform.

3.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and complete registration information and for safeguarding your account credentials (such as passwords). Any operations conducted through your account will be deemed as your own actions, and you shall bear full legal responsibility.

4.0 Service Content & Order Fulfillment

4.1. Service Description: "tadapack

4.2. Order Formation: The customized service contract between you and us is only formed when you successfully submit an order on the platform, complete full payment, and the uploaded design file is confirmed by our technical review as "production-ready."

4.3. Production Lead Time: The delivery time advertised on the platform (e.g., "2-day delivery") specifically refers to "production lead time," which starts from the next business day after the order is formed, and does not include file review time, statutory holidays, or logistics transit time.

4.4. Production & Delivery: We have the right to commission your order to our certified third-party supply chain partners for production. The risk of damage, destruction, or loss of the product transfers to you at the time we deliver the goods to the first carrier (i.e., the logistics company).

4.5. Acceptance: You shall complete acceptance of the product within 7 calendar days of receipt. Failure to raise objections within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the product.

5.0 User Content & Intellectual Property

5.1. Your Rights & Warranties: You retain ownership and intellectual property rights to your "User Content." You represent and warrant to us that: (a) You have all necessary rights to your "User Content," or have obtained sufficient and lawful authorization; (b) Your "User Content" and our use of it to fulfill your order does not and will not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or any other legitimate rights and interests; (c) Your "User Content" does not contain any illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.

5.2. Authorization Granted to Us: To fulfill your order, you hereby grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, format, technically process, and distribute your "User Content" to our production suppliers. This authorization is solely for the purpose of completing your order.

5.3. Platform's Intellectual Property: Except for "User Content," all content of the platform, including software, algorithms, design, text, trademarks, etc., is owned by us.

6.0 Fees & Payment

6.1. You agree to pay the full amount of your order at the price displayed on the platform at the time you place the order.

6.2. All orders must be paid in full before entering the production process. Payment methods are subject to those supported by the platform at the time.

7.0 Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

7.1. Order Cancellation: Given that we provide highly personalized customized services, once an order is formed and enters the production process, it cannot be canceled or modified.

This policy defines in detail what constitutes "quality issues" and "non-quality issues," and specifies the detailed after-sales application process. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information strictly comply with the provisions of our separate Privacy Policy. 9.0 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1.2. User Content: Refers to any information and materials uploaded, submitted, published, or otherwise provided by users when using the services, including but not limited to trademarks, brand logos, graphics, images, text, design files, and all elements contained therein.

1.3. Order: Refers to an irrevocable customized service offer submitted by users through the platform with clear product specifications, quantity, price, and delivery information.

1.4. Intellectual Property: Refers to all intellectual property rights and related interests stipulated by laws and regulations including the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China.

1.5. Business Day: Refers to statutory working days in mainland China, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays.

Article 2: Scope & Acceptance of Agreement

2.1. This Agreement is the legally binding core document governing the rights and obligations between you and us.

2.2. The Privacy Policy, various business rules, and activity guidelines published on this platform are all integral parts of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between such documents and the terms of this Agreement, the later-published version shall prevail.

3.2. Information Authenticity: You are obligated to provide and maintain truthful, accurate, current, and complete registration information. All legal liabilities and losses arising from false information shall be borne by you.

3.3. Account Security: Your account is for your use only. You are solely responsible for your account password and all activities that occur under your account. Any operation verified through your account password will be deemed as your own action.

Article 4: Service Specifications & Limitations

4.1. Service Content: This platform provides one-stop services including online parametric configuration of packaging products, intelligent quotation, file processing, production fulfillment, and delivery.

4.2. Legal Definition of Service Specifications:

• Regarding "Online 3-Second Quotation": This quotation is a preliminary estimate generated by the system algorithm based on standardized parameters and is for reference only. The final settlement price is subject to the price displayed on the payment page after your design file has been reviewed and confirmed by us. For non-standard processes or complex files, we reserve the right to adjust the price after manual review.
• Regarding "Minimum Order of 1": This is a service capability of our platform. Different order quantities apply to different tiered pricing models, which are clearly displayed on the website.
• Regarding "2-Day Delivery": This "2 days" is explicitly defined as "production lead time," starting from the first business day after your order payment is completed and the design file is approved by our "File Standardization Department." This lead time does not include file review time, weekends, statutory holidays, or logistics transit time.

Article 5: User Conduct, Content & Warranties

5.1. Legality Warranty: You undertake never to use the platform services for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner, and promise to comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and all international practices governing internet usage.

5.2. User Content Rights Warranty: You make the following irrevocable representations and warranties to us: You have lawful, complete, and unencumbered intellectual property rights to the "User Content" you upload, or have obtained sufficient, valid, and sublicensable authorization from the original rights holder. You warrant that the "User Content" does not infringe upon any legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

5.3. Prohibited Content: You shall not upload, create, or disseminate any "User Content" containing the following:

• Content that violates the basic principles established by the national constitution;
• Content that endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unification;
• Content that damages national honor and interests;
• Content that incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
• Content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of others;
• Content containing obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigating crime;
• Content that defames, insults others, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
• Any other content that violates laws, regulations, national policies, and social morality.

5.4. Platform's Right of Review & Disclaimer: We have the right (but no obligation) to conduct formal review of "User Content." If we unilaterally determine that "User Content" may violate the above provisions, we have the right to refuse to fulfill orders, suspend services, or delete content at any time without prior notice, and shall not be liable to you or any third party.

Article 6: Orders, Delivery & Risk

6.1. Order Formation & Effectiveness: An order is formally established and takes effect when you complete full payment and the design file passes our technical review.

6.2. Acceptance Standards: You shall inspect the goods within 7 calendar days of receipt. If quality issues are found (as defined in Article 7), you must notify us in writing with clear evidence (such as photos, videos) within this period. Failure to raise objections within the deadline shall be deemed acceptance of the product.

6.3. Ownership & Risk Transfer: Ownership of the product and the risk of damage, destruction, or loss shall transfer from us to you at the time we deliver the product to the first carrier (i.e., the logistics company).

Article 7: Order Cancellation & Return/Exchange Policy

7.1. Irrevocability of Orders: Given that we provide highly personalized customized services, once your order takes effect and enters the production process, the order cannot be modified or canceled, and your payment will not be refunded.

7.2. Sole Circumstance for Returns/Exchanges: You may apply for a return or exchange only when the product has the following major production quality defects:

• The product content (text, patterns) is significantly inconsistent with your finally confirmed design file;
• The product size, material, or process is seriously inconsistent with the order specifications;
• The product has serious contamination or damage not caused by logistics.

7.3. Non-Quality Issue Definition: The following situations are not considered quality issues, and we will not accept returns, exchanges, or bear any responsibility:

• Reasonable Color Variation: Color differences resulting from the inherent difference in color rendering between display devices (RGB mode) and printing (CMYK mode), as well as variations within the tolerance allowed by printing processes (typically 5%-10%).
• Reasonable Tolerance: Finished product dimensions with cutting errors within ±2mm; printing position with registration errors within ±1.5mm.
• User File Issues: Product defects resulting from errors in the "User Content" itself, such as typos, insufficient image resolution, or missing design elements.
• Subjective Judgment: Objections based on personal subjective preferences or differences in expectations regarding the effect.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

8.1. Platform's Intellectual Property: All content of this platform, including but not limited to software, technology, text, design, and trademarks, is owned by us.

8.2. User's Intellectual Property: You retain intellectual property rights to your "User Content." You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive license to use it worldwide for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

The scope of indemnification includes but is not limited to all reasonable attorney fees, litigation costs, settlement amounts, fines, and other direct or indirect economic losses.

12.1. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be deemed in breach if unable to perform the Agreement due to earthquakes, typhoons, floods, wars, terrorist attacks, government actions, epidemics, or other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable circumstances.

12.2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the sole, complete, and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding the services.

12.3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or deleted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
